Event organiser Supertri has confirmed a professional international field will compete alongside British athletes at Blenheim Palace on Sunday, June 7, 2026. The race marks the debut of the Supertri Pro Series at Supertri Blenheim Palace, which is the UK’s largest triathlon.
The Supertri Pro Series race at Blenheim Palace also serves as a stage of British Triathlon’s Super Series. Elite and development talent will compete in a draft-legal sprint distance race across the Blenheim Palace estate in southern England. Three athletes per gender will qualify for the Supertri Pro Series Final in Jersey, which features a US$800,000 prize pool. All Pro Series events pay prize money 10 deep to encourage development.
In the women’s field, France’s Léonie Périault and compatriot Emma Lombardi will race alongside Belgium’s Jolien Vermeylen and Slovakia’s Zuzana Michaličková, who finished third at the series opener in Austin. Great Britain’s Jess Fullagar and Olivia Mathias will represent the home crowd.
On the men’s side, Australia’s Luke Willian, Italy’s Alessio Crociani, and Canada’s Charles Paquet add international depth. Former Supertri E World Champion Chase McQueen from the United States and Netherlands’ Mitch Kolkman are also on the start list. Great Britain’s Oliver Conway and Hugo Milner are among the British athletes competing.
Blenheim Palace is the second of three Supertri Pro Series regular season races. At the opening round in Austin, TX, on May 25, 2026, Germany’s Tim Hellwig secured the men’s victory after a bike breakaway alongside Seth Rider, followed by a run to the finish. In the women’s race, USA’s Gwen Jorgensen completed a 5km run to come from sixth to first to claim the women’s title.
The series continues in Toronto on July 26, 2026, before the Supertri Pro Series Final in Jersey on September 6, 2026, which features the richest single-day prize purse in triathlon this year, according to the company.
Amateur athletes will race the same course as the professionals through the grounds of Blenheim Palace across the weekend of June 6–7, 2026. The event offers Super Sprint and Sprint distances, as well as the Weekend Warrior category. Jonny Brownlee is attempting to set a new record of 10 sprint triathlons across the weekend, racing alongside amateur competitors.
