Modern Adventure Pro Cycling has confirmed its final 21-rider roster and a new strategic commercial partner as it prepares for its debut season in 2026.
The new UCI ProTeam, which aims to reinvigorate professional road cycling in the United States, has appointed Red Tiger Marketing to lead its commercial development and partnership strategy.
Co-founded by US cycling icon George Hincapie and business leader Dustin Harder, the team is focused on building ‘America’s Team’. It aims to… ‘create a high-performance environment with a long-term vision of integrity, storytelling, and inspiring the next generation of riders.’
The team is anchored in Greenville, SC, but maintains a European service course in Girona, Spain, to support an international race calendar. The 2026 season begins this month with an invite to the five-day AlUla Tour in Saudi Arabia, followed by a series of European races throughout the spring.
The rider roster features athletes from six nationalities, balancing 12 experienced professionals with nine riders aged 23 or younger. The full 2026 roster includes:

The leadership team includes Co-Founder and General Manager Rich Hincapie; COO Drew Hincapie; and Luis Vargas, Co-Founder and Founder of title partner Modern Adventure.
The performance department is led by former Olympic silver medallist Bobby Julich as Performance Director, supported by Gavin Mannion and Ben Day. Director Sportifs include Alex Howes, Joey Rosskopf, and Ty Magner.
To support its growth, the team has engaged Red Tiger Marketing to lead the search for strategic brand partners and develop sponsorship packages.

Modern Adventure, a US-based travel company, serves as the title sponsor. The team will use equipment from several technical partners, such as Factor Bikes, which will supply the Factor One road bike. Other partners include SRAM for componentry, EKOI for helmets and eyewear, and Factor’s Black Inc accessories brand for high-performance wheels.
The team’s race kit is provided by Hincapie Sportswear.
