The system is engineered to streamline workshop efficiency by dispensing measured amounts of Stan’s Original Tubeless Sealant for tyre installs and refreshes.
Based in Big Flats, NY, the company is a specialist in tubeless technology and maintenance solutions for the cycling industry. The OnTap system aims to simplify sealant handling and inventory management while reducing waste in a professional environment. According to the company, the system ensures consistent sealant performance for every bicycle serviced.
Mike Bush, Chief Product Officer at Stan’s, said “A positive rider experience depends on evenly dispersed puncture‑sealing particles throughout the sealant, which becomes difficult to maintain in containers larger than one litre. The OnTap system solves this with a durable, computer‑controlled mixing solution that ensures consistent performance while improving shop service efficiency.”
