Supertri Blenheim Palace reveals pro field for June event

Supertri Blenheim Palace will see high-profile professional triathletes competing on the same course as amateur participants on June 6–7, 2026. The event, held at the UNESCO World Heritage site in southern England, has confirmed a field of home favourites, Olympians, and European champions for the Supertri Pro Series event.

Supertri Blenheim Palace is one of the few short-course events where amateur athletes race on the same course and on the same day as professional stars. The event is the UK’s largest triathlon and ranks among the five largest in the world by participant numbers.

Participating professional athletes are competing for qualification spots into the Supertri Pro Series Final, which features a US$800,000 prize pool. In the women’s field, Jessica Fullagar is among the leading names. Born in nearby Ascot, she is a British national sprint champion and Senior Super Series winner.

Joining her is Jolien Vermeylen from Belgium, who secured both sprint and Olympic distance European Championship titles in the 2025 season. Also confirmed is Miriam Casillas García of Spain, a three-time Olympian who has competed in Rio, Tokyo, and Paris.

In the men’s race, American Chase McQueen and Dutchman Mitch Kolkman are expected to lead the field. Chase McQueen is the former Supertri E World Triathlon Champion, having claimed that title in London in 2024. Mitch Kolkman is a Paris 2024 Olympian and the current Dutch national sprint champion.

The Supertri Pro Series event also serves as a stage of the British Triathlon Super Series. This provides aspiring British professional triathletes with the opportunity to earn a place in the Pro Series Final. Full start lists featuring 65 women and 65 men will be released during race week.

In addition to the professional racing, triple Olympic medallist Jonathan Brownlee will attempt to set a new record for the Supertri Weekend Warrior challenge. He plans to complete 10 sprint triathlons over the two-day festival.

The challenge involves approximately 7.5km of swimming, 200km of cycling, and 50km of running within 48 hours. Jonathan Brownlee will line up in various waves alongside thousands of amateur participants throughout the weekend.

Supertri Blenheim Palace offers several entry options for participants, such as the SuperSprint for beginners, the Sprint distance, Sprint Relay, and the Weekend Warrior challenge. The professional race is scheduled for June 7, 2026.
