Wireless headphones specialist Jaybird has announced a multi-year partnership with Justin Williams and L39ION of Los Angeles, the LA-based professional cycling team.
Founded in 2019 by brothers Cory and Justin Williams, L39ION of Los Angeles is a pro UCI Continental cycling team with the goal of… ‘conquering all corners of the US criterium racing scene, all while improving their community by increasing diversity and inclusion in cycling.’
Jaybird has partnered with 11-time US national champion, Justin Williams, and the L39ION team to support this cause through a donation to Major Motion Development, an initiative led by Williams that aims to provide a welcoming, friendly and safe environment for children of all levels to pursue cycling as a sport.
Jaybird is also teaming up with L39ION on Zwift to host virtual community rides every month. For each Zwift Golden Hour Ride, one of L39ION’s team riders will share a curated playlist, showing off their favourite tracks and ‘fostering a strong and supportive cycling community.’

A force on and off of his bike, Justin Williams has more than 50 career wins at races all over the US. Jaybird has joined forces with L39ION to help support youth cycling and amplify the team’s motivational message.
