Kú Cycle from the Netherlands has confirmed that its Kú Management operation signed a long-term exclusive athlete management agreement with 22-year-old German triathlete Rico Bogen on August 26, 2023.
The next day, Bogen delivered a record-breaking performance at the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship in Lahti, Finland.
On Sunday, August 27, 2023, German athlete Rico Bogen became the youngest IRONMAN 70.3 World Champion; and, at the same time, also recorded the fastest race time at an IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship. He completed the 1.9km swim, 90km bike and 21km run in a time of 3 hours 32 minutes and 22 seconds.
In the months leading up to the 2023 IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship event in Lahti, Bogen, Kú’s Alex Bok and the Kú management team developed and finalised an exclusive athlete management agreement.
All sponsor partnership matters, media efforts and financial matters will be managed by Kú for Rico Bogen. The athlete, his coach and Kú believe the partnership will help the German athlete optimise his athletic abilities.
