SunGod, the British performance eyewear brand, has introduced the Ultras Air, billed as its lightest frame to date. As an evolution of the original Ultras model first launched in 2022, the new sunglasses expand the brand’s Pace range with a slimmer design tailored for runners.
The Ultras Air weighs 24.5g and features a refined, smaller lens and a more compact fit compared to the original version. The ultra-lightweight construction is designed to eliminate distraction during high-intensity efforts and races.
Technical features include SunGod’s proprietary Grip-Lock hydrophilic rubber on the nose-pad and ear socks to maintain stability and ensure a ‘no-bounce’ hold. An 8KO spherical lens technology is used to provide clarity across changing light conditions.

The eyewear will make its competitive debut on the streets of London this month, at the TCS London Marathon on April 26, 2026, with the Ultras Air worn by SunGod elite athletes such as Phil Sesemann.
As part of the Pace Series, the Ultras Air features a fully modular and customisable design. The interchangeable lenses are crafted from 100% Infinite recycled material, which is made entirely from recycled plastic. This aligns with the brand’s focus on reducing environmental impact.
Founded in 2013 and headquartered in London and Verbier, Switzerland, SunGod is a certified B Corp. The company’s products are used by international partners including WorldTour cycling teams SD Worx and INEOS Grenadiers, as well as McLaren Racing and England Cricket. In May 2023, the brand received the King’s Award for Sustainable Development.
The Ultras Air is available in signature colourways including Desert Sand, Smoke, Silver Blue, and IRIS HV Blue. Prices start from £160, €195, or US$205.
