Pas Normal Studios is returning to Girona, Spain, for The Traka as the event’s main sponsor. Taking place on April 29 – May 3, 2026, the gravel cycling event is organised by Klassmark and is expected to host nearly 4,500 riders from 74 nationalities.
Based in Copenhagen, Pas Normal Studios (PAS) specialises in technical cycling clothing. It aims to combine technical apparel with modern aesthetics, sourcing new production methods to create collections for the international cycling community.
The brand’s presence at the event is centred around PAS Racing, a team which aims to represent its commitment to high-level performance. The team features a roster of riders including Cecily Decker, Karolina Migon, Magnus Bak Klaris, Morgan Aguirre, Rasmus Bøgh Wallin, Romy Kasper, Simen Svendsen, Tobias Kongstad, and Wendy Oosterwoud.
According to the company, the team reflects a lens of community, identity, and endurance as much as competitive results.
During the event, PAS will preview its upcoming Escapism collection. This line has been redesigned for exploration and long days on unknown routes. The development of the collection included a workshop held at last year’s edition of The Traka with direct input from the PAS Racing team.
Peter Lange, CEO at Pas Normal Studios, said “Designed for exploration and adaptability and developed on the back of a workshop that took place at The Traka alongside input from PAS Racing, Escapism reflects an experience-led approach to cycling, while still supporting performance output.”
The Escapism collection is intended to align with the evolving nature of gravel riding, focusing on adaptability for long-distance efforts.
In addition to product previews and racing, the brand is involved with The Traka Force. This is a programme created to empower women to participate in the event, contributing to visibility and progression for female riders within cycling culture.
The event organiser, Klassmark, has launched more than 190 gravel and trail adventures from its base in Girona since 2009. The Traka has become a significant fixture on the international gravel calendar, utilising the expansive landscapes surrounding the Spanish city.
