Fizik, the Italian manufacturer of high-performance cycling shoes, saddles, and accessories, has introduced TONES. This is a new annual collection designed to bring a fresh visual identity to its core product range through a shared seasonal palette.
According to Fizik, the TONES concept connects selected shoes, helmets, and accessories, providing riders with a simple way to introduce coordinated colour into their on-bike outfits. The company adds that the project reflects a shift away from ‘safe, long-life cycling colourways’ towards a more responsive and bold approach.
Fizik designers intend to draw inspiration from various subjects such as flora, weather, music, and landscapes to create palettes that feel current while maintaining the brand’s minimalist aesthetic.
The first collection under the TONES umbrella for the 2026 season is Aurora. According to Fizik, it represents the fleeting moments where light and the atmosphere align to create a unique colour scheme featuring soft pinks and purples. The team at Fizik noted that the connection to the dawning of a new day made it a logical starting point for the TONES project.
The TONES range does not replace classic colourways but sits alongside them on an annual rolling basis. This allows riders to opt for a full, coordinated look or introduce a single piece as a point of contrast.
George Huzford, Senior Marketing Manager at Fizik, said “TONES came from a simple idea: cycling is constantly changing both in terms of where and how we ride, so why should colour be fixed as well? TONES will give fans of Fizik and those new to the brand the option to bring a bit more personality into their outfits without moving away from the core products they already know and love.”
Founded in 1996, Fizik produces gear for road, off-road, and triathlon disciplines. The brand is a frequent fixture in the professional peloton and focuses on combining physiological research with technological development in its component design.
