AI-powered coaching platform VEYR has launched a Crowdcube investment campaign, inviting consumers to invest in the company as part of a £1 million funding round.
The raise values the business at a £4.5 million pre-money valuation and includes £400,000 through Crowdcube alongside pre-committed investment and non-dilutive funding. The three-week campaign opens for expressions of interest on July 27, 2026, with a public launch following on August 10, 2026.
Over 40% of the round has been secured through pre-committed investment and grant funding, with backing from Google, Cloudflare, Kylla Investment Partners, and private angels. VEYR was previously self-funded, with its founders investing over £250,000 into developing the platform.
The funding will support VEYR’s go-to-market strategy, user acquisition, and the continued development of its VEYR Coach platform.
Co-founded by Performance Coach Liam Hogan and digital entrepreneur Adam King, VEYR uses a proprietary fitness intelligence engine to deliver adaptive, personalised workouts in real time based on user feedback, environment, and recovery.
Adam King, CEO and Co-founder of VEYR said “We’ve all used fitness apps that haven’t gone the distance or only served a fixed purpose. The future of fitness is adaptive, user aware, environment aware intelligence that takes your signals, tells you want to do with them and delivers workouts personalised to you in that moment. No more guessing, no more trying to follow rigid plans, no more pushing when you’re on empty.
“This isn’t about replacing coaches – it’s about making world-class coaching accessible to millions more people. We’re building technology that understands how someone is feeling, how they’re recovering and what they’ll actually benefit from today. That’s where the future of fitness is heading.”
The investment opportunity is SEIS and EIS eligible for qualifying UK investors.
