Sports nutrition brand PILLAR Performance has entered the energy gel category with the UK launch of its Energy Gel 30 product line. The range is now available to consumers through endurance sports retailer XMiles and to trade customers via distributor XESD.
Known primarily for recovery products such as its Triple Magnesium, the move represents PILLAR Performance’s expansion into intra-workout fuelling for runners, cyclists, and triathletes.
Each Energy Gel 30 pouch provides 30g of carbohydrate utilising a 1:0.8 glucose-to-fructose ratio alongside added sodium. The caffeine-free formulation uses a pectin-based texture designed to improve mouthfeel during exertion. The gels are available in Original, Citrus, and Wild Berry flavours, as well as a Mixed flavour box option.
Retailers, athletic clubs, and trade accounts can source the new range through distributor XESD.
