The 25th edition of the Volta Cicloturista Internacional a Menorca takes place from October 23-25, 2026, bringing together 250 amateur cyclists alongside notable names from Spanish and international cycling.
Organised by Menorca Cicloturista, the non-profit event was first held in 2001. Now marking a quarter of a century, the cycling event combines sports, local scenery and the discovery of the Balearic island. Throughout its history, the gathering has maintained a friendly and non-competitive spirit that has established it as one of Menorca’s most distinctive cycling fixtures.
For this milestone 25th anniversary, the main guest will be Mavi García, who in 2025 claimed a stage victory at the Tour de France Femmes and won the bronze medal in the road race at the World Championships in Kigali.
García will be joined in Menorca by prominent cycling personalities including Joseba Beloki, Maurizio Fondriest and Ibán Mayo. This special edition will also pay tribute to Miguel Indurain, Pedro Delgado and Dori Ruano, three riders who share a strong historical connection to the event. Over the past 25 years, the peloton has featured major figures from the sport, such as Marino Lejarreta and Óscar Freire.
