Centr, the fitness app and training accessories brand, co-founded by actor Chris Hemsworth, has partnered with Red Bull to launch a new HYROX training program.
The ‘Unbroken Training Program’ is a 12-week add-on designed to help athletes complete 100 unbroken wall balls, a key element of the Red Bull 100 challenge at HYROX events.
Centr’s programmes are the only HYROX-certified digital training programs available to individual athletes. The Unbroken programme is led by Jake Dearden, a HYROX World Champion.
According to a release from Central, the new program is not a standalone plan but is designed to integrate with an athlete’s existing training, including Centr’s other HYROX offerings.
It includes 2–3 sessions per week, each lasting between 7–15 minutes, with a focus on building strength, muscular endurance, and pacing.
The program is structured in three phases:
- Phase 1: Strength foundation
- Phase 2: Muscular endurance focus
- Phase 3: Taper and race preparation
Weekly benchmark tests are included to track an athlete’s progression.
The Unbroken Training Program from Centr x Red Bull is included with a Centr app subscription, which offers a seven-day free trial.
