Targeting the Classics, VAN RYSEL bolsters relationship with Vélo Club de Roubaix

VAN RYSEL unveils Roubaix team and new performance kit for 2026 season

VAN RYSEL and the Roubaix cycling team have strengthened their collaboration for the 2026 season, revealing a new visual identity and a technical setup focused on the Flemish Classics.

Building on a 2025 campaign that included three victories and 15 podiums on the UCI Continental circuit, the team remains rooted in Northern France with an ambition to develop young talent for the technical terrain of Northern Europe.

According to VAN RYSEL, the partnership between the performance bike brand and the team is focused on a shared vision of identity and regional heritage. For the 2026 season, the sporting objectives are structured around developing international prospects and building a squad capable of competing in high-intensity, identity-driven events such as those featuring the famous cobblestones of the region.

Nicolas Pierron, VAN RYSEL Leader, said “For more than three years, our commitment to the Vélo Club de Roubaix has gone far beyond sponsorship; it is a shared story rooted in territory and DNA.

“This year, we celebrate our Flanders heritage through a raw aesthetic inspired by the motto ‘The Hell of the North leads to paradise’. This ambition comes to life on the road with the arrival of the RCR-F PRO, a pure performance machine designed to support the team’s rise to the highest level.”

For 2026, the team will exclusively use the RCR-F, a bike engineered for speed and lightness. The frame features a ‘bipolar’ aesthetic, with the iconic Pantone 213C pink dominating the front before fading into raw carbon at the rear. This colourway is mirrored across the full equipment range, with the aim of creating a seamless visual continuity between the rider and the machine.

The technical setup is completed by three specific VAN RYSEL helmets – the RCR-F, RCR-R, and RCR-X – tailored for different racing conditions. Additionally, riders will debut three new eyewear models: the Vertain, Taaien, and Kware, each named after iconic sectors of the Flanders region.

The 2026 jersey, developed by Diffusport in collaboration with designer Brian Marie-Claire, utilises technical textiles specifically adapted for professional racing.

The 2026 roster features a mix of experienced leaders and emerging international talent. The squad is anchored by Kévin Avoine and Kenny Molly, the latter being the most seasoned rider in the lineup. They are joined by Antoine Raugel, who brings WorldTour experience to the team as he returns from injury.

New additions include Louis Hardouin, who was the top amateur rider in France last season, and Daniel Arnes, a young Norwegian specialist in varied terrain. The international outlook of the team is further supported by Belgian riders Joppe Heremans and Joes Oosterlinck, alongside Swiss prospect Arnaud Tendon.

The full 2026 roster includes:

  • Daniel Arnes (NOR)
  • Kévin Avoine (FRA)
  • Rémi Capron (FRA)
  • Louis Hardouin (FRA)
  • Joppe Heremans (BEL)

Cyril Saugrain, General Manager of Vélo Club de Roubaix, said “The Vélo Club de Roubaix is a historic club that will celebrate its 60th anniversary this year around a new sporting project and a renewed team.

“Our dream is to line up at Paris–Roubaix in the coming years and to win it. 2026 is therefore a pivotal year, opening a new chapter in the history of the pro team and the club alongside VAN RYSEL.”
