ASSOS of Switzerland has introduced the EQUIPE ThermoBooster P1, a lighter and more packable evolution of its mid-layer designed for variable conditions between seasons.
Designed to sit between a jersey and a traditional jacket, the ThermoBooster P1 adds lightweight thermal protection without sacrificing the aerodynamic fit of the company’s EQUIPE range. It is built for cool starts, exposed descents, and the changing temperatures of spring and autumn/fall, when a jersey is no longer enough but a jacket may be too much.
The updated apparel uses Hyperlight insulation and SENS AIR PLUS textile for 360–degree coverage, combining thermal protection with breathability and low weight. At the arms, 575CX sleeves provide a close fit that integrates over the jersey underneath.
A double-slider zipper allows riders to fine-tune ventilation and access on the move, while a updated ASSOS logo and reflective details add a visual signature and increased visibility.
Light enough to pack away when conditions improve and aero enough for racing, the ThermoBooster P1 is designed to be a practical part of the layering system, adding protection when temperatures shift.
The EQUIPE ThermoBooster P1 will be available globally from August 2026. The men’s and women’s versions in Kosimo Granit carry a recommended retail price of £175 / €200 / US$235.
