Zonometry turns Apple Health workouts into a visual training balance tracker

Zonometry training balance

Solo developer Philip Seifi has launched Zonometry, a free iOS application designed to help endurance athletes and everyday runners monitor their training intensity balance directly from Apple Health.

The app aggregates existing workout data from Apple Health and translates it into a visual running track layout, illustrating the distribution of easy, moderate, and hard efforts across a training week at a glance. Users can toggle between whole-session effort metrics and heart-rate minute breakdowns, with deeper analytical details accessible through interactive taps.

To assist prospective users before granting health data permissions, Zonometry includes a built-in demonstration mode featuring an example training week. The application operates entirely locally on a user’s device without requiring user accounts, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.

“I built it to make checking your training balance quick, easy and fun,” said Philip Seifi, Zonometry’s solo developer.

Zonometry is available as a free download for iPhone users on the App Store.
