Footwear and apparel brand Nike and international recovery technology brand Hyperice have unveiled the Nike Air Zoom Hyperslide, a dedicated recovery slide designed to assist athletes with post-sport recovery.
The product is the second collaboration between the two companies, following the Hyperice X Nike Hyperboot. While the Hyperboot was designed for pre-performance warm-ups, the Air Zoom Hyperslide targets post-training and competition recovery by combining Nike footwear design with Hyperice active recovery technology.
The companies highlighted that the product pairs a low-profile, full-length Nike Air Zoom sole with targeted heat and vibration across the top of the foot to help reduce tension and support foot recovery.
At the centre of the design is a removable, magnetic Hyperslide Pod that is housed within the slide’s adjustable strap. The pod delivers three levels of heat up to 117°F / 47°C and three levels of vibration, running on 15-minute recovery cycles. Athletes can control settings directly on the pod or via the Hyperice App. The unit offers a one-hour battery life and is designed for portability during travel.
Tobie Hatfield, Senior Director of Athlete Innovation at Nike, said “Athletes leave everything on the field, and the approach to recovery needs to meet them at the same level. With the Nike Air Zoom Hyperslide, we wanted to create a solution that kickstarts recovery the moment you power it up – helping athletes feel more relaxed, restored and ready to take their performance to the next level.”
The product design was informed by feedback from both elite and everyday athletes, such as football player Virgil van Dijk.
Virgil van Dijk, Nike and Hyperice athlete, said “It’s the combination that stands out. The Hyperice heat and vibration help my feet recover as quickly as possible, while the Nike Air Zoom cushioning makes it feel incredibly comfortable.”
Anthony Katz, Founder at Hyperice, added “Our partnership with Nike has always been driven by a shared commitment to innovation for the athlete. With the Nike Air Zoom Hyperslide, we’re making premium recovery more accessible than ever, combining Nike’s iconic footwear expertise with Hyperice technology to help people recover smarter with every step.”
Hyperice is a technology-driven recovery and wellness brand that specializes in percussion, compression, thermal and vibration devices, such as its Venom, Normatec and Hypervolt product lines.
The Nike Air Zoom Hyperslide will be available beginning September 29, 2026 in select markets online and at select retail locations internationally.
